This page explains what personal data RAGproof collects when you use ragproof.io, why, where it's processed, how long it's kept, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect

• Audit request form: the work email address and vector database you select when requesting an audit. This is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a key-value store operated by Cloudflare.
• Booking data: if you book a discovery call, the scheduling details you provide (name, email, selected time, and any notes) are processed by Cal.com, our scheduling provider. Cal.com is hosted in the United States; transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Analytics: aggregate, cookieless page-view analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (see below).

Why we process it

We use the form and booking data solely to respond to your audit request, schedule and conduct the discovery call, and deliver the engagement you requested. This is processed on the basis of your consent (submitting the form) and, where a call is booked, to take steps prior to entering a contract.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build a persistent visitor profile. We use it only to measure aggregate traffic and the conversion funnel between the homepage and the post-submission page.

Retention

Form submissions stored in Cloudflare KV are retained for 6 months from submission, after which they are deleted. Booking data is retained per Cal.com's own retention policy and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for the engagement.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ragproof.io. We'll respond within 30 days.
